In Pokemon Emerald for the VBA, how do I get rid of TMs/HMs after using the "get all TM/HMs" Gameshark code?

For some reason, it filled up my Pokeball slot, too, and now I can't catch any pokemon. I've tried re-booting the game, I've tried selling/storing/throwing it all away, but it just keeps saying that I have a quantity of x?3.
