Question about down there?

Okay so i just got back from vegas and i went swimming in their KOA swimming pool and ever since i have got out my has hurt the inner lips are kinda hard and bumpy and its all itchy i itched it so hard it started bleeding. i have showered and nothing is helping so could you please tell me whats wrong with me.
