I understand you do not want to wear gles or anything else serious happening to your good eye. Cant risk that. Wearing colored lenses is always somehow a risk though and proposed much to positively. Besides that, do not forget the other eye (left) is in fact not a real eye but a fake or prosthetic eye. You will be stuck when having struggled to put the lens on your right eye and with the other lens left unused on the table.
