EDI 940 and 945 message queries?

Does anyone know good resources for EDI message samples? Been asked to do message map for first time and am confused on the N2 and N3 elements. been asked to map some details to N301-1 , N302-1 and N301-2 and am not sure where they should map to. Anu info greatly appreciated (learning on the job!!)
