Facebook name change - no response?

About four days ago I put in a request for a name change on facebook. It said it could take up to 24 hours but I am still waiting. I have resubmitted several times but I have heard nothing. Are you supposed to get a message if they reject it? I can only find one way of contacting them about this but it is only for those requests that have been rejected. As I haven't had confirmation of rejection, I decided not to contact them this way. Has anyone else been through the same thing? How did you resolve the issue? Anyone got any ideas on what I should do now? How do you email facebook customer services?
