Should I be concerned my Realtor isn't doing her best?

If you're not getting the kind of response you want from your agent, then it's time to take action and change things. There's a method of selling homes called The Auction Method or Round Robin Method, whereby you advertise a day where you have an open house (usually on the weekend) for a limited period of time (2-4 hrs.) and people bid on your home. There are easy books on how to do this and it creates an urgency and if you don't get the price you want (within reason) there are ways not to sell to a bid that's too low. It's too involved to explain it all here but you may want to look into it. There are two reasons a house won't sell, either it's in bad shape or it's overpriced. Make sure you have the house priced appropriate for a county house in your area. You can't compare country houses with city houses, they offer two completely different lifestyles... or light a fire under that agent!
