So scared and crying 4 day old babygirl...i dont know what to do please help.....?

i have a 4 day old babygirl and she went in for her 1st checkup today and her billie level is a 16 they said she has jaundice.... im so scared that its gonna go up... shes getting checked again tomarrow..... what can i do??? i live in spokane so there really is no sun..... help im out of my mind
