Up and coming top 5 Mexico youth vs up and coming top 5 U.S. youth? 23 and under?

Like on the Mexican section, USA has good players, but you can't compare them to the talent Mexico has. Especially since the USA doesn't have fillial teams or youth programs. Chivas USA has them, but not others. Mexico has about 50 youth players, who are between the ages of 19 and 23, and they've all been playing for a year now. Some are starters. USA does have promising youth, but saying they are better than Mexico, my friend, it's not a fact. Especially since Mexican teams are going to other countries and winning cups after cups. Just two years ago, Chivas won the U-15 Manchester Cup. Last year, Atlas took runners up. Chivas invites teams from other countries to go and compete in it's Chivas Cup, which has won in twice in a row. Beating youth teams, such Real Madrid, Tottenham, and others. Like you said, the MLS is a league that has yet to be completed. So i'm sure that you can agree that the talent Mexico produces is way better than the USA, on account that the US has no youth teams to produce them.
