Just bought to junipers and i want to know how to train it to grow how i want. some limbs are really sprouting

When i created bonsai trees we used copper wire to train the branches to go in the directions we wanted. you leave the wire on for a month or so. we trimed with tools made for bonsai trees. any garden center has the larger tools if they are landscape trees.
