Name of this song/band?

I don't know how the lyrics go, the band or song name, but I saw the music video for it. I know it came out at the end of 07. In the music video everyone is in low-poly 3D, wearing a yellow raincoat, and are all in a boat. Unfortunetly that's all I know. I've searched google clean and couldn't find it. Anyone here know what I'm talking about by chance?
