Mazda CX-7 or Saturn VUE?

I like the Saturn VUE. However, Saturn brand keeps turning up with quality issues. Mazda CX-7 from a manufacturing stand point seems to be on solid footing. I have read that the CX-7 can chew up tires, that, or the original tires wear fast. If gas mileage is a priority, you are probably looking at a tie at the gas pump between the turbo charged 4 and the Saturn's V6. It comes down to styling and taste. I am not familiar with the Saturn Vue, from seat of the pants experience. The Mazda CX-7 is an interesting vehicle to drive. I would choose the Mazda CX-7 by a nose.
